Shipping Policy – Enetree Farms

At Enetree Farms, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within India, depending on your location.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping is free for all orders above ₹499. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be charged for orders below ₹499.

• Order Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS for you to follow your shipment.

• Delays: While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, holidays, or courier service disruptions). We appreciate your understanding.

• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

• Service Areas: Currently, we ship across India.
